WHAT IS ACQUISITION?

The number of ($) donations or (#) donors in any given year who had previously never given to your organization.

HOW IS IT CALCULATED?

We find all the donors (and their donations) who had never given in a previous year and gave in this year.

For example, a donor who came to your organization and left their first gift in 2012 would appear in the 2012 section of your acquisition report.
