WHAT IS AN DOWNGRADED DONOR?

A downgraded donor is a retained donor who gave less this year than last year.

HOW IS IT CALCULATED?

We find all the donors (and their donations) who gave last year and then gave less in this year.

For example, a donor who came to your organization and gave $500 in donations in 2012 and then gave $100 in donations in 2013 would be in your downgrade report.
