Get your API Key and Organization ID

Your organization ID can be found on your NeonCRM login page!

Your API Key can be found by clicking "System Users", and then "edit"

Connecting NeonCRM to the Fundraising Report Card via API

In your Fundraising Report Card account navigate to the Integrations page. Click on NeonCRM and paste your API Key and organization ID. Click “save”. Give it a few seconds and your reports will be generated!

What data is retrieved from NeonCRM?

The Fundraising Report Card only has access to three fields of data:

  • Donor ID #’s
  • Donation dates
  • Donation amounts

We never have access to any other donor information.

What NeonCRM data can be analyzed by Fundraising Report Card?

Right now you can only analyze your entire donor database via our NeonCRM integration.

What is the refresh interval?

To get the most up-to-date data in the Fundraising Report Card you’ll need to manually access the Integrations page and click “update”. This will save a new data-file in the Data Center.

How is household data interpreted by the Fundraising Report Card?

The Fundraising Report Card looks for “account ids” from Neon. That means each individual household member is considered a donor.
