Share with co-workers

You can share as many reports as you’d like. Keep in mind you can only share with people in your organization. To add someone to your organization, simply invite them.

Sharing reports with your co-workers in Fundraising Report Card is super simple.

  1. Navigate to Data Center
  1. Click on the data-file you want to share
  1. Click Share
  1. Select who you want to share the data-file with

    1. Optionally, send an email notification to those who you are sharing with
    1. Click Share

    That’s it! If you sent an email notification, then your team member will receive an email that looks something like this:

        Once they sign in they will have access to all the same reports that you had just generated!
